In this next step, you will complete an important proprietary assessment.

We know everyone sells differently. This custom assessment is designed to help determine whether your style matches the opportunities available.

About This Step:

This proprietary assessment is more than a simple skills survey - it is custom diagnostic instrument that we use to help generate a multi-dimensional snapshot of your sales style.

Instructions:

Before you begin, make sure you are in a quiet environment without distractions or any pressing time constraints.

There are no wrong answers.
If you try to game the assessment it will lead to inconsistent answers and that will raise red flags and then you won’t have a very good chance at a good score.
Your first answer is usually the best answer. Don’t over think it.
If you don’t receive a call or interview, it probably has more to do with the sheer number of candidates that applied, not your assessment results, as well as the subset of candidates that might that might be a better fit.
Honesty is the best approach. Answer the questions based on what you do, how you think, and what you have said and done in the past; not what you think the assessment might be looking for.

After you complete the assessment you will receive a confirmation email and from there we'll start our review and reach out to you within 24-48 hours!
