Our business is all about fit. We make sure to hire the right people and take on the right clients. This is how everyone wins. So, our hiring method is meticulous and thorough; we take this seriously.
This process can take as little as two days and as long as one week. Unlike conventional hiring processes, this is an intense 8-stage online process. It is gated to ensure we are the right fit for you, and you for us. We value your time and ours.
Successful applicants will complete these 8 online phases:
At each stage of the journey, you’ll be provided with all the details you need for that step. This is similar to a conventional hiring process, only it is more rigorous and holds successful applicants to a higher standard.
There are no costs associated with any stage of your application, hiring or employment at TSC.

Intake Form
5 minutes
This is a standard intake form. We need your personal details and information like references, history, etc.

Sales
Assessment
45 minutes
This sales assessment is a skills and experience survey. It’s completed on an external site by a trusted partner. Your inputs inform how we coach you down the road.

Video Submission
10 minutes
This is your chance to show some personality and natural charm. By submitting a Loom video, we get to know the real you.

Personality Diagnostic
20 minutes
The external DISC assessment aligns a prospect’s personality with our clients and culture. It produces a 72-page report that informs coaching down the road.

In-person Interviews
30 minutes
You’ll book a time for an interview. There could be more than one, and each interview takes 30 to 45 minutes.

Reference
Checks
No Additional Time
At this stage we will request references so that our team can reach out and make a final determination.

Offer &
Agreements
45 minutes
Successful applications will receive an offer letter and a link to sign an agreement.

Onboarding
We Begin
We will be thrilled to introduce you to Kayvon and the rest of the team. Our bright future together begins. Onboarding usually takes 5-7 days.
